Application Process
1.User Fills all the details in the Application Form
2.After filling the application details the form to be submitted
3.The submitted form is validated
4.Validated form forwarded to the respected Village Administrative Officer
5.VAO verifies the form gives his suggestions on the application and forward it to the respected Revenue Inspector
6.If any corrections he go to the field visit with his assistant named thalayari and verify the application.
7.RI verifies the form gives his suggestions on the application and forward it to the respected Deputy Thasildar
8.If any corrections he go to the field visit by his assistant and verify the application.
9.ZDT verifies the form gives his suggestions on the application and forward it to the respected Thasildar
10.If any corrections he go to the field visit by his assistant and verify the application.
11.Thasildar verifies the form gives his suggestions on the application and fix a deliver state and date of certificate.
12.The status of the application will be queried by the user at any time
13.once it is in deliver state the applicant go to the VAO Office and collect the certificate
