How To Apply?
1.Any citizen can apply.
2.Applicant must have a proof of any one of the following.
i)Community certificate of parents (or) Gaurdian (or) Any blood relation ii)School Transfer Certificate iii)Affidavit.
3.Applicant Register with his permanant address only.
4.No charge will be collected for this is a full of free service.
4.Applicant must give all the details in the application form.
